3D Design Services
- 3D design visualizations are conceptual representations and may vary from the final executed work depending on material availability, site conditions, or client-requested changes.
- 3D designs created by DH Interior remain the intellectual property of DH Interior until full payment is received.
- Sharing, reproducing, or using 3D designs without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Payments
- Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the project agreement or invoice.
- Work will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- All payments are non-refundable once the design or execution work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- DH Interior is not responsible for delays caused by late payments from the client.
Project Execution
- Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as material availability, site readiness, weather conditions, or client-requested changes.
- The client is responsible for ensuring site access during agreed working hours.
- Any changes to the agreed scope of work during execution may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
- DH Interior will not be held liable for pre-existing structural issues or damages discovered during execution.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, 3D visuals, images, and content on dhinterior.in are the exclusive property of DH Interior.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written consent from DH Interior.
- DH Interior reserves the right to use project photographs and visuals for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
- DH Interior's liability in any matter is limited to the value of the services agreed upon in the project contract.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website.
Cancellation & Termination
- Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice, subject to the terms stated in the project contract.
- In case of client-initiated cancellation after work has commenced, DH Interior reserves the right to retain payments for work already completed.
- DH Interior reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in abusive, unethical, or unlawful conduct.
Privacy
